    To ensure accuracy and compliance with the Planning and Development Act 2005, the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015, and State Planning Policy 3.6, could you please confirm the following:

    1. Has the draft DCPR for DCA 8 been formally adopted by Council as an interim DCPR?
    2. If so, could you please provide:
    • the Council resolution number,
    • the date of adoption,
    • the adopted interim contribution rate per square metre,
    • the adopted cost apportionment methodology,
    • and the published interim DCPR document.

    3. If the draft DCPR has not been adopted by Council, could you please confirm the statutory basis on which the City is requiring an interim contribution for 8 Stafford Road?

    As you would appreciate, a draft DCPR that is still undergoing engineering review does not yet establish a finalised contribution rate or methodology.
