RE: VR 87 OF 2009: LPCC V CHIN – JURISDICITONAL ERRORS OF MURRAY J IN CIV 1689 OF 2012

I refer to the above matter which is the reserved judgment of His Honour the Deputy President Judge Sharp since the 11.10.2011. I would like to update you of the following matters:

1)      I am making a Third Judicial Review Application which is the second application for leave pursuant to s.6 of the Vexatious Proceedings Restrictions Act, 2002 WA, as a consequence of Justice Murray declaring me a Vexatious Litigant on 10.1.2012.

2)      This Third Judicial Review Application is for the purpose of overturning the decision of Justice Murray and for staying His Honour’s Costs Order.

3)      The document I have prepared for these purposes for my Third Judicial Review Application is in 33 pages and is available at my blogspot at the following link:

4)      The Second Judicial Review is the First Application for Leave pursuant to s.6 of the Act         and it concerns the wrongs of David Taylor solicitor against both myself and Maurice Law which have implications in CIV1775 of 2008, CACV107 of 2008, DCCIV2509 of 2002 and CIV2157 of 2011.

5)      The First Judicial Review Application is CIV3427 of 2011, which is exempted from Leave Pursuant to s.6 of the Act because it was filed on 19.12.2011 prior to Justice Murray’s Order dated 10.1.2012; it concerns the wrongs of Timothy Robin Thies against myself and my son Paul which have implications in CIV1903 of 2008 No.1 and No.2 and Ken Martin J. It has been fixed for a Special Appointment on 26.6.2012 at 10.30 am.
