I know that it is my duty to keep you informed of MY WILL on anything that comes before Parliament, or that should come before Parliament..

You are aware the "Australian Government" is not the de Jure government (lawful or legal) of the Commonwealth of Australia.

It is MY WILL, as an enrolled elector, in the Commonwealth of Australia, that this election be stopped immediately.

This invalid election is a fraudulent attempt to legitimise and elect a corporation registered in the USA as the "AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT or the COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA CORPORATION".

 It misleads the electors into believing they are electing the de Jure Commonwealth of Australia parliament, when it is deliberately an attempt to vote for an election of a power or foreign treasonous entity.

IT IS MY WILL that you provide me with evidence that shows where the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution 1900-1901 authorises the Commonwealth of Australia to become a corporation and/or to be registered in the United States of America.

This Corporation is accountable to USA law and the USA Revenue Department, hence from The COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA is a foreign power.

Australia's formal name is the Commonwealth of Australia. The original Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900-1901 formed, with the federation of the state/colonies, the Commonwealth of Australia government and is a constitutional monarchy – 'constitutional' because the powers and procedures of the Australian Government are defined by a written constitution and 'monarchy' because Australia's head of state is Queen Elizabeth II.

The sovereign government is the people and the Parliament is the servant elected to carry out the Will of the people.

This is the de Jure government.

However, the current form of government is government by Corporate Law; Admiralty Law or UCC (Uniform Commercial code).  The form of government is where everything is owned by the CORPORATIION and not by the people

There are no Common Law rights to protect the people.  The people become assets of the corporation to be used as collateral.

This is not the de Jure government.

It is your duty to protect and ensure our constitution (Constitution of the Commonwealth of Australia Act 1900-1901) is upheld.

IT IS MY WILL that you provide evidence that the corporation registered in the United States of America as the COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA (http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?...) is the same organisation as the Commonwealth of Australia, which is
authorized in the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution (http://www.austlii.edu.au/au/legis/cth/c...) by the Queen of England and her successors.

IT IS MY WILL that you provide me with evidence and referendum documentation showing where the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution authorises the Commonwealth of Australia to become a corporation registered in the United States of America.

AEC:   Parliament has invalidly directed the Australian Electoral Commission to remove the word elector and replace it with the word person.

As this is against the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution 1900-1901 it requires the approval of the people to change the specific legal entitlement to vote to an open ended entitlement allowing anyone to vote, even if they do not live in this country.

It is MY WILL that this be withdrawn and a referendum seeking the approval of the people of the Commonwealth of Australia lawfully entitled to vote to approve any change.

I also seek parliament assistance as the dutiful servant of the people, where there is a breach of the Constitution by denying Brian Shaws court filings the right to be heard before a judge and jury of his peers.

Please read the above-attached file/s and validate or refute the claims to the electors of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia.

It is MY WILL that the public of the Commonwealth of Australia be officially advised through media or post of your response within 14 days.  If there is no reply then no reply constitutes agreement.

This election proposes an election of a foreign power called "Australian Government" or "COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA", registered in Washington DC;

It is your duty to remove all of the unlawfully enrolled electors from the electoral role and ensure that the public is becomes aware of what and whom they are voting.

As a sovereign real life flesh and blood freeman, I have the right, under the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution 1900-1901 to be an informed elector as do my fellow Australians.
