Dear Gary and Michele,
Your gathering at the NSW Parliament function room, sponsored by the Rev Fred Nile, was most impressive and you both spoke extremely well to a full house of who obviously regarded the occasion worthy of attending.
You called it "The State of the Nation" and delivered your statistical analysis of how your polling revealed attitudes of a broad spectrum of Australians in respect to issues you list as crucial considerations for the up-coming Federal Election, such as (1) health; (2) the economy; (3) honest government; (4) education and (5) the environment.
Thank you for answering my question when you called your audience to ask them.
I asked if you had asked people, in your questionnaires, about their trust and confidence in our system of administering justice and protecting our rights.
You said you don't ask about "cerebral issues".
To quote Thomas Jefferson's Declaration of Independence: "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness."
Might I suggest that the preservation of justice and rights are the very essence of good government.
We have a monumental crisis in Australia with what ought to be guaranteeing people that they can exercise their rights in court in safety, has fallen into the depths of the manifest destruction of truth and justice to be benefit of thieving banksters and bullying, ingenuous judges that amounts to nothing less than Slavery by Stealth (Galatians 2: 4).
As I keep repeating: A SLAVE has No RIGHT of CONSENT; A SLAVE has NO RIGHT to PROPERTY; and A SLAVE has NO RIGHT to TRIAL BY JURY.
With these elements firmly in place, evidence is all around us of the destruction of what good men have fought and sacrificed themselves for in wars, over the centuries, for us and our children to enjoy.
As Jeremy Lee used to ask, "What will we tell our children?"
This is not a "cerebral issue" and I humbly ask that you include "The Administration of Justice and the Protection of Our Rights" when next you conduct some polling.
