RE: VR 87 OF 2009: LPCC V CHIN

I refer to my letter to the LPCC and to SAT dated 22.8.2011.  I have not received a relevant response from the LPCCC to that letter except that it intends to oppose vigorously my request for adjournment on the ground that I have been afforded a level playing field.

Please find attached my Statutory Declaration dated   3rd    day of October, 2011 appending my written submissions for the hearing on 11^th day of October, 2011.    Please note that I reserve my rights to abandon the said hearing if the LPCC is perceived to be behaving dishonestly towards me.  I do not want counsel for LPCC to gloss over matters just as it happened last on 12.9.2006 for which I did not have an opportunity to understand what was said and therefore the opportunity to respond to each and every allegation against me, thus causing the judge to make a decision that denies me my natural justice.
