Dear Sirs
RE: VR 87 OF 2009: LPCC V
CHIN
I refer to my letter to the
LPCC and to SAT dated 22.8.2011. I have
not received a relevant response from the LPCCC to that letter except that it
intends to oppose vigorously my request for adjournment on the ground that I
have been afforded a level playing field.
Please find attached my
Statutory Declaration dated 3rd day of October,
2011 appending my written submissions for the hearing on 11th day of
October, 2011. Please note that I reserve my rights to
abandon the said hearing if the LPCC is perceived to be behaving dishonestly
towards me. I do not want counsel for
LPCC to gloss over matters just as it happened last on 12.9.2006 for which I did
not have an opportunity to understand what was said and therefore the
opportunity to respond to each and every allegation against me, thus causing the judge to make a decision that
denies me my natural justice.
Yours faithfully
NICHOLAS N CHIN
