I refer to the above matter and to my email to both the Associate of Justice Murray and to Ms. Kah Yee Loh of the State Solicitor of WA dated 27.9.20117 at 11.00 am.  In this email correspondence, I have informed both of you that I shall be submitting my Written Submissions for the further consideration of the learned Justice Murray who had heard me as the Defendant and the State Solicitor as the PLaintiff  in CIV1689 of 2011 as the Plaintiff on 29.8.201 (the probe).  

His Honour had reserved reserved judgement of the probe launched by the Principal Registrar in CIV 1689 of 2011 as to whether I have indeed been a vexatous litigant in all my proceedings with the regulator and the LPCC of legal profession in WA since 12.9.2006, under s. 4 of the Vexatious Proceedings Restrictions Act, 2002. I congratulated the Principal Registrar for taking the initiative to launch this probe, otherwise, the injustice will continue because the Honourable Justices who are involved in those proceedings with the regulator are unwilling to deliver fair justice to me as the Defendant for obvious reasons best known to themselves.    

The attached written submissions of 22 pages is an exhaustive explanation of the events and the rationale for the argument that I have been the subject of abuse of process of the LPCC and the Pseudo Board of the regulator.
