Nicholas, I read the judgment of the supreme Court that removed you from the roll. You are still a lawyer, just not as I understand it permitted to act as a legal practitioner.

I have my concerns about some of the statements made by the court, such as that it cannot go behind the findings presented to them and that you misconceived their roll, as I view you were entitled to have an IMPARTIAL consideration and not a bias one that effectively made it a STAR CHAMBER COURT.
I understand you made certain errors but found in some of the comments by the court they were too harsh. for example that you presented your case not understanding what the court could do, such as the evidence presented against you, I view the Court should not be bound to be limited to evidence presented, regardless of legislation, because it cannot be dictated by the Parliament what it should or shouldn't do. If the Parliament had legislated to deny you to present any evidence would the court then also comply with this and be merely to rubber stamp what the parliament dictates?

Is Neil Mitchell in trouble with the law for commenting on Derryn Hinch contempt of court sentences about not able to say what Derryn may say to him? Gosh, the judge want put Derryn in jail for mentioning a convict child abuser. I mention a district court judge, (name protected, he is a God,) three solicitors, a court registrar with their names and addresses, phone numbers, accusing even our Gracious Excellencies Bryce and Bashir to be in breach of Crime Act 1914 Sect 43 with all member judges of supreme and high courts of Australia and nothing happen? If Derryn got five months house arrest without any external communication, I should be locked up in my room, computer, fax and printer confiscate, till the Red Back Spiders Web of Helen Tsigournis( must read & Kangaroo Court of Shane Dowling) will exsiccate and suffocate me. And poor Helen want to know why so much cover-up in her case. They are the Judiciary Mafiosi, protected by all Aussie authorities, worse then Sicilian Mafia, China Triad, Puglisi Sacra Corona, Japan Yakuzi, Campania Camorra and Calabrian N'Drangeta, which are persecuted, prosecuted, disbanded & incarcerated all over the world. If you know of others criminal associations, please, let me know.

For over twenty years the Media members with their cowardice let all of us believe that the judiciary are Gods & Goddesses of Mount Olympus where all crystalline and transparent water suppose to run freely down to earth, to us poor mortals, and in some pound down the ways, some members of the judiciaries, but still Gods & Goddesses, waddle in there, like pigs, mudding the transparent waters and the transparent waters become a sewer. that they are the echelon of society, immune of such insinuation or allegation, without foundations, they say, that all the signed evidences are not validate, might they need a signed confession by the earthling scum but still Gods & Goddesses . that the Media is terrify to even mention their names. In some bible passage I remember "do not mention God name vainly. So the Media members do the same with the Gods and Goddesses, earthling scum or pigs, of our sickening judiciaries system. No fear no favors say Andrew Bolt or from Police Oath of Office, doesn't means any things.
All the Media and Aussie authority keep hanging the petty thieves and keep the greater ones in charge of our judiciary system.
